This is why we only use suppliers that we either have direct experience of ourselves, have come to us via recommendation or who already have a reputation for providing excellent customer service. All our suppliers share a commitment to high standards and value for money. Prior to acceptance into the Jugglers Network, all suppliers are thoroughly vetted, which includes checking insurance cover and professional affiliations. We conduct annual contract and performance reviews, which adds value to our service and gives our membership peace of mind that they would not get from the local business directory. If for any reason we find a supplier to meet your needs but we have not had a chance to audit or research them, we will always advise you that this is the case before we recommend them. |
